AUDIT, RETAIL and CREDIT Teams Prosper

Audit, Retail and Credit teams kept their positions in the top three of the teams standing in the Bankers’ Cup 2009 team tennis tournament at Riyadh’s Yamama Hotel tennis courts.

Fourth ranked Operation Team gave a dominant performance by thrashing sixth ranked Corporate Team 56-47. Jun Baylon-Alan Bayos started strongly by beating Mirza Baig-Agie Dazo 8-6, Abdulwajid-Ricky Lopez bowed to Neil Danao-Fernan Adem 3-8, Ernan Santiago-Tony Yap beat Manny Obligado-Rommel Gomez on a thrilling tie-break game with a score 8-7, Sunoj Thomas-Ernie Onate lost to Lito Ladio-Ed Booba Angat 1-8, Jun Velasco-Benjie Lee beat Dong Calub-Sunoj Thomas temporarily replacing Mike Shariff who could not play 8-6, Frank Orias-Ric Cura easily beat Paul Villanueva-Angel Bautista with a shocking score 8-0, Ernest Lorenzana-Gilbert Faustino had an easy win against Rey Atienza-Vic Capulong 8-6 and the last pair of Noel Bernabe-Ardie Dioso outclassed Carlito Galdo-Rino Larena 8-5.

Please be advised that the Bankers Cup 2009 (2nd season) will pushed
through as planned.

Details of the final line up and game timing will be available by Saturday next week and as agreed with Yamamah Management, our tournament are scheduled from October 8 to November 6, 2009 every Thursday and Friday, double round robin

Bankers’ Cup 2009 2nd Season Update

Fellow Bankers,

Due to the cancellation of ATPR tournament, we are pleased to inform you
that Bankers’ Cup Tournament will start from Oct. 8 to Nov. 6, 2009 every Thursday and Friday. Tournament will be double round robin covering court 1 to court 6 at Al Yamamah Hotel.

Kindly disseminate and be guided accordingly.
