The team is composed of Nick Real (Captain), Ronnie Oliver (Co-Captain), July Manacap, Benrulph Corvera, Jojie San Pedro, Leo Gervacio, Jonathan Del Pilar, Romy Guevarra, Bobby Camacho, Edgar Estoesta, Charles Gavino, Lope Tubio, Ken Bonguit, Ramil Ancajas, Vivencio Manansala and Alvin Medina. The Audit Team reaped a total of 532 points during the entire tournament after upsetting the Retail Team.

The total efforts of the Retail Team garnering 511 points were not sufficient to maneuver the champions which landed them as 1st runner-up. With Roel Genson as Captain and Bong Bueta as Co-Captain, the team is made up of Ed Robillos, Serg Arriola, Manny dela Cruz, Roger Llamido, Michael Gracia, Tony Monter, Benny Daguplo, Francis Galdones, Tony Fernandez, Vic Agregado, Axel Wanero, Fidel Ferrer, Oscar Rivadeneria and Dennis Lumintac.

2nd Runner Up went to Credit Team with 498 points. The team was headed by Guilbert Masias (Captain), Jimmy Mandria (Co-Captain), Rolly Barrozo, Neil Perez, Richmond Lagrito, Joey Salem, Nick Lozada, Jolly Laglag, Art Bumatay, Nasil Kalayaan, Jeff Aldave, Dexter Salona, Boy Rogel, Jess Lim, Randolph Dalisay and Robert Calunsag.

Operations Team was not fortunate to place 3rd runner up position by finishing eleven (11) crucial points against Credit Team. Captained by Guilbert Faustino, the team was unable to sustain its final game against Treasury having earned only 487 points overall. Members of Operations Team are Ernan Santiago, Tony Yap, Jun Velasco, Benjie Lee, Lito Ladio, Ed Booba, Ernest Lorenzana, Jun Baylon (Co-Captain), Alan Bayos, Noel Bernabe, Adie Dioso, Paul Villanueva, Angel Bautista, Neil Danao and Fenan Adem.

The Treasury Team came in as 4th runner up position having earned a total points of 485 captained by Angel Jarobel, Jerome Corpuz (Co-Captain), Ricky Ortega, Ronnie Bigtas, Ric Camara, Sherwin Sulit, Bogs Mendoza, Rolly Torres, Jun Pasamonte, Ding Perez, Sam Borrero, Chris Garcia, Edwin Fontiveros, Bernie, Ed Pesigan and Alfredo Estrada as members, while the Corporate Team landed 5th runner up and only took 450 total points. The team comprised of Deo Pelaez (Captain) but was replaced by Vic Capulong in the middle of the tournament, Frank Orias (Co-Captain), Manny Obligado, Rommel Gomez, Dong Calub, Mike Shariff, Sunoj Thomas, Ernie Onate, Rey Atienza, Mirza Baig, Agie Dazo, Carlito Galdo, Rino Larena, Abdulwajid and Ricky Lopez.

Trophies will be awarded to the Best Doubles: Bong Bueta and Ed Robillos of Retail Team (A1-A2 category) Ric Camara and Jerome Corpuz of Treasury Team (A3-A4 category), Ernest Lorenzana and Guilbert Faustino of Operation Team (B3-B4 category), Ding Perez and Sam Borrero of Treasury Team (B5-B6 category), Noel Bernabe and Ardie Dioso of Operations Team (B7-B8 category), Frank Orias and Ric Cura of Corporate Team (B9-B10 category), Vivecio Manansala and Alvin Medina of Audit Team (C1-C2 category).

While the following will be awarded as Best Players in their respective categories: Leo Gervacio (B1) and Bogs Mendoza (B2).

Likewise, special awards will be distributed among those who earned the Best Double and Best Players. Raffle draws will be the center of attraction to the lucky winners.

Fourth ranked Operation Team gave a dominant performance by thrashing sixth ranked Corporate Team 56-47. Jun Baylon-Alan Bayos started strongly by beating Mirza Baig-Agie Dazo 8-6, Abdulwajid-Ricky Lopez bowed to Neil Danao-Fernan Adem 3-8, Ernan Santiago-Tony Yap beat Manny Obligado-Rommel Gomez on a thrilling tie-break game with a score 8-7, Sunoj Thomas-Ernie Onate lost to Lito Ladio-Ed Booba Angat 1-8, Jun Velasco-Benjie Lee beat Dong Calub-Sunoj Thomas temporarily replacing Mike Shariff who could not play 8-6, Frank Orias-Ric Cura easily beat Paul Villanueva-Angel Bautista with a shocking score 8-0, Ernest Lorenzana-Gilbert Faustino had an easy win against Rey Atienza-Vic Capulong 8-6 and the last pair of Noel Bernabe-Ardie Dioso outclassed Carlito Galdo-Rino Larena 8-5.

Top scoring Audit squad maintaining their dominance on the court crushed fifth ranked Treasury Team 49-45. Vivencio Manansala-Alvin Medina beat Ed Pesigan-Alfredo Estrada 8-3, Edwin Fontiveros-Bernie bowed to the consistency of Dinan Guinto (Ken Bonguit)-Ramil Ancajas 2-8, the tandem of Leo Gervacio-Jonathan Del Pilar humiliated the pair of Sherwin Sulit-Bogs Mendoza 8-4, while Ric Camara-Jerome Corpuz overpowered the strong serve of Jojie San Pedro-Ronnie Oliver 3-8, Angel Jarobel-Chris Garcia outclassed the aggressive play of Charles Gavino-Lope Tubio 8-4, Ding Perez-Sam Borrero downed the highly spirited play of Nick Real-Edgar Estoesta but unluckily succumbed to a devastating score 8-4, the aggressive play of Romy Guevarra-Bobby Camacho taught Rolly Torres –Jun Pasamonte that tennis is a game of persistency with shocking result 8-4 while the last pair of Ronnie Oliver replacing July Manacap for this game with Benrulph Corvera could not surpassed the powerful serve of Ricky Ortega-Jerome Corpuz played on behalf of Ronnie Bigtas ending a score 8-5.

Aggressive and daring Retail Team who trailed in close fight with 3rd ranked Credit netters and maintain its second lead supremacy with a close to finish score 42-46. The amateur pair of Randolph Dalisay-Rupert Calunsag beat the hard fought play of Oscar Rivadeneria-Dennis Lumintac 8-5, the impressive play of Guilbert Masias-Nick Lozada overpowered the talented pair of Roger Llamido-Roel Genson with a final score 8-4, the ever trying duo of Axel Wanero-Fidel Ferrer downed the erratic play of Jimmy Mandria-Jesus Lim 8-2, the impressive pair of Bong Bueta-Ed Robillos maintaining their supremacy of the game by not losing any games since the start of the tournament easily beat the trying hard pair of Rolly Barrozo-Neil Perez 8-2, Tony Fernandez played on behalf of Benny Daguplo with Francis Galdones were dethroned by the tandem of Nasil Kalayaan-Jeff Aldave 2-8, the not-so impressive game of Sergio Arriola-Manny dela Cruz was overpowered by the consistent game of never-die pair of Richmond Lagrito –Joey Salem, 8-4. The powerful return of Dexter Salona-Boy Rogel maneuvered the highly spirited pair of Tony Fernandez-Vic Agregado 8-3 while the powerful serves and down the line returns of Michael Gracia-Tony Monter outclassed the erratic game of Jolly Laglag-Art Bumatay with a devastating score 8-3.

Riyadh, KSA – Ten weeks of lawn tennis competition among the local bankers in Riyadh along with the members of Pinoy Netters Club 102 (Philippine Embassy Accredited Tennis Club), the Land Bank Team grabbed the prestigious and highly coveted championship trophy at the Bankerong Pinoy Cup 2009 Team Tennis Tournament held at the Al Yamama Hotel tennis courts.

The team composed of Romy Penaflor, Neil Perez, Lino Samaniego, Richmond Lagrito, Leo Gervacio, Jun Flores (Team Captain), Raffy Villamin, Michael Gracia, Arnel Sanchez, Jun Baylon (Asst. Team Captain), Nasil Kalayakan, Manny Dagohoy, Rino Larena, Syed Baqar, Vivencio Manansala and N. K. Sabapathy.  The Land Bank Team reaped a total of 526 overall game points with (41) sets won during the entire tournament after upsetting BPI Team during the championship game in their bid to capture the crown.

The efforts of BPI Team who earned 510 game points with (40) sets won were not enough to maneuver the champions. Bong Bueta (Asst. Team Captain), Ronnie Bigtas, Ronnie Oliver (Team Captain), Sergio Arriola, Bernie Ustani, Abet Mendoza, Tony Monter, Marc  Navarro, Edgar Estoesta, Mirza Baig, Tony Fernandez, Carlito Galido, Abdulwajid, Ed Pesigan, Oscar Rivadeneria and Marvin Tebar comprised the BPI  Team.

BDO Team took the 2^nd runner-up trophy having earned 504 game points with (44) set points.  The team comprised of Robert Miranda, Ernan Santiago (Team Captain), Ed Robillos, Steve Marpuri, Mike Shariff, Rajdiemer Daggi, Roel Genson, Chito Umandal, Ding Perez (Asst. Team Captain), Gem Beringuel, Michel Avila, Ferdie Ramos, Vic Agregado, Manny Almentado, Neil Danao and Jimmy Mandria.

Meanwhile, the RCBC Team was diminished by finishing eight (8) crucial game points against BDO Team during the 10^th week and last encounter game thereby depriving the team for the trophy. The team was unable to sustain its final game against BDO having earned only with 496 game points with (41) set points. Members of RCBC are: Rolly Barrozo, Benrulph Corvera, Ed Sarmiento, Jerome Corpuz (Asst. Team Captain), Louie Banaga, Ed Gangat, Art Bumatay, Dodie Vizcarra, S. Srinivas, Ramon Eugenio, Rogie Calub, Chris Garcia, Boy Rogel, (Team Captain), Edong Aves, Dinan Guinto and Fernan.

Other participating teams are Metro Bank Team composed of Ricky Ortega, Manny Obligado, Ric Camara, Ting Banday, Roger Llamido, Vic Capulong (Asst. Team Captain), Guilbert Masias, Sunoj Thomas, Nick Real, Allan Bayos, Elser Penamante, Louie Pantig, Frank Orias (Team Captain), Hani Ragheb, Jesus Lim and Randolph Dalisay.

PNB Team comprised the following members: Alfred Pastolero, Tony Yap, Jun Tingzon, Dong Calub, Norberto Nacional, Charles Gavino, Rey Atienza, Roel Morato, Ernest Lorenzana, Benny Daguplo, Charlie Sevilla, Ver Rubio, Jawahar Savarithumu, Fidel Ferrer, Ace Allen Gabriel and Alan.

Trophies were also awarded to the Best Players in their respective categories: Alfred Pastolero and Tony Yap of PNB Team for A1-A2; Ed Sarmiento and Jerome Corpuz of RCBC for A3-A4; Mike Shariff and Rajdiemer Daggi of BDO for B1-B2; Guilbert Masias and Sunoj Thomas of Metro Bank for B3-B4; Ernest Lorenzana and Benny Daguplo of PNB for B5-B6; Nasil Kalayakan and Manny Dagohoy Land Bank for B7-B8;  Savarithumu and Fidel Ferrer of PNB for B9-B10 and Dinan Guinto and Fernando Adem of RCBC for C1-C2 category.

During the closing ceremony, Roel Genson, Ernan Santiago, Bong Bueta, Tony Monter and Jun Baylon  awarded the trophies to the winning teams and best players category.  While Dodie Vizcarra noted for his showmanship delighted the crowd took charge of distributing the minor door prizes, assisted by Edgar Estoesta.  The major door prizes were both awarded by Roel Genson, Chairman of the Bankers Cup 2009 and Ernan Santiago, current President of the Pinoy Netters Club 102.
